3-6 month project for top ASP.NET/AJAX/DB developer

We are a US web development firm assembling a team of top developers to create a cutting edge web application for funded startup company, using a combination of ASP.NET, AJAX, and database interactive Flash. This interesting and challenging project will run for 3-6 months with the potential for more work in the future. The sample project being bid on is to give us an idea of the quality of your work. Tom wants a new feature - people should be able to preview changes to their profiles before making them permanent. Front end in HTML using Connects to MSSQL database. Ability to add, change, delete, search customer record: First Name Last Name Email address Address Does lookup on google maps and displays google map location of address The deliverables will consist of: HTML, CSS, ASP, javascript files SQL file to create database Brief architecture document 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
