Email marketing

What I am looking for is a website built for Email marketing campaigns, A Clone like the following site [login to view URL] It would be a pay per month system like above This site would have all the same functionality as the site listed above, and would also include a set of website templates for the subscribers to choose from after they joined to send emails. The customer would be able to set up a Email templates then upload the addresses as well as names through a excel or a csv file, test what the email would look like and then send the Email. Would also need a Respectable Hosting service that could handle the workload ot the emails sent. I would also like examples of work carried out with other sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Internet Explorer and Netscape Could be IIS Or Linux Dosnt matter just need it to be quick.
