294287 Wordpress Posting Script

I want a Wordpress CMS based system that will eventually grow into a larger site that will include a lot more tools. I am not prepared to build the entire site at one time so I would prefer to build it in modules that will function seperately from the other but all come under the umbrella of the main site. I don't have a Wordpress theme in mind yet but I can work out that detail and it can be customized as needed. The first "module" that I want developed is one that I can provide a very solid example of to someone via PM. I describe the system below so you know whether this is something that you are capable of creating. 1. A portal site that allows registered users to submit their articles to a blog network through an interface. 2. Articles need to be held in a que for human approval before they are posted. 3. Site should have the ability to "spin" these articles using a manual rewriter type script. An example of what I am talking about is linked to below and can be SEEN on the site URL that I can provide to you in private message. 3.5 The site will post to a network of Wordpress blogs that I create and own. However in order to keep the blog list growing, I would like the ability for users to "add" new blogs to the system that not only they but everyone else can post to as well. You can see this function in the example site that I can provide. 4. Where my site would deviate is that I don't care about the affiliate program and I don't need a link tracking system or link referral or link bonus plan of any kind. This service is going to be part of a paid membership so to members it will be free to use. So pay no attention to any of the affiliate "stuff" in the site url that I PM you. 5. I want the ability to limit the number of blogs that each article members submit gets posted to. This can be a variable in the admin section or in the code, I don't care but I don't want every post to go to every blog every time. They can choose say up to 30....30 is the number I have in my mind for now. 6. I would also like the article spin feature to have the ability to check how unique it will be according to dupe cop. It needs to be able to produce a preview like this site already does, but I'd like to go one step further and check uniqueness versus dupecop.com. 7. I would also like the option that a user MUST add a blog that is functional and able to be posted to in order to post. Once they have added a functioning blog then they can submit articles themselves from that point on. 8. The rewriter on the site I linked you to isn't so great, the [spin] tags are annoying and will make writing articles a slow process. If possible I would like the site to use the more traditional {keyword|keyword2|keyword3} type setup. Each module will be independent and separate from the others but I just don't think we can pull off the other project from start to finish so I want to build it in order of priority for me.
