I need a mysql database to hold information on escrows. It needs to hold the status of open or closed [date of opened and closed], and the status of an entire itemized list. There will be two different types of escrows, refinances, and home sales. I need the ability for users to login using their escrow # and the last 4 digits of their social [which is stored encrypted] to access their status. I also ened an admin panel so i can add/edit new escrows. When adding new escrows, i should be given the option for a "refinance" template or a "home sale" template of the entire itemized list, and be able to add/remove/change different items. As an admin I should be able to also remove escrows from the list. The new website, which is going to go live on Monday is: [login to view URL] I need it to match that as the "Escrow (at) Home" service. You can check out the current database (which isn't up to specs) by logging in: username: 04-1116-SB (escrow number format) password: pix503e - it needs to have the same alternating color bar look. the problem is the "status" column shouldn't be there. It should have two columns instead of just one for status. It should have "out", "received", "date" and then it should then display a "checkmark" photo when it is "out" and/or "received" and under "date" - the date the status of that line number was changed. Users: 1) are only able to login / they can not create accounts / or change their password 2) they should see: status of their escrow (open/closed and date it was open or closed) / type of escrow (refinance/homesale) / the esrow number / along with the the itemized list the status [ and date it changed] / escrow officer's name / escrow officer's phone # / estimated close of escrow date Admins: 1) 5 admin. accounts [different usernames / passwords] - all have the same access. 2) they have the ability to create new escrows into the database / edit existing ones / and remove old ones. 3) the admins should have the option to also create/edit/delete the itemized list templates. So if I want more than just refinance, homesales, I can go ahead and create more templates at a later date. 3) When creating a new escrow the admin enters all the standard information (escrow # / type of escrow / estimated closing date, password, etc), it will check to see automaticlaly if that escrow # already exists, if so, it'll spit back an error), and then is given the option to use either the Refinance list template, home sale list template, or custom. When choosing custom, they are given the option for all of the items, including the ability to add up to ten new fields. When selecting either refinance or home sale, they are also given the option to change the name of particular line items (not for the template, but just for this particular escrow account), and also add up to ten new fields. Sheet e) Vesting Worksheet f) Fire Insurance Form g) Deed h) Without Collection i) Prelimary Report j) Demand - 1st TD k) Demand - 2nd TD l) Demand - 3rd TD m) Balance of Borrowers Closing Funds 2) Home Sales a) Seller Instructions b) Buyer Instructions c) Commission Inst. - Seller d) Commission Inst. - Listing e) Commission Inst. - Selling f) Deed g) Statement of Info. h) "SI" - Seller i) "SI" - Borrower j) Sellers firpta k) Wan Info Sheet l) 593-C Form m) Sellers 1099 n) Rent Statement o) Trust Cert / Copy of Trust p) Preliminary Change of ownership q) Fire Ins. I have a lot of work that could be contracted out to you as I create a lot of websites for realtors / escrow companies and mortgage companies that all want certain types of different systems.
