We are seeking to integrate a Lead Distribution system into VTIGER CRM 5.1.0 you must know VTIGER CRM code to do this. The Lead Distribution system needs a capability to distribute in a workflow or busineess rule manner so when a lead comes in admin should be able to predifine who gets the lead based on the total leads already given to the sales agent, the total leads every day and if they have not worked the leads then it sholuld be able to re-distribute it automatically based on the business rules defined either by the user or the manger or the admin If you already know of a Open Source product that is Web based will be a major plus. You must be able to integrate all the functionalities of the Lead Distribution System into VTIGER CRM 5.1.0 THe system is Build in PHP MYSQL and AJAX
