Editing Photos for Research Study

We are looking for a graphic designer to edit 15 different photographs of teenager’s faces for a research study. The photographs are simple head-and-shoulder portraits of 13-18 year-old adolescents in different natural backgrounds. Basically, we would like to edit the images as following: (1) Delete the background (2) Trim the image carefully around face/neck part (3) Remove any sort of accessories (jewelry, headbands) (4) Rotate images of faces in the original to face forward if they are tilted (5) Save the edited images in Black & White with the same level of brightness, contrast, and size as the provided reference images Two versions of each picture are needed as outcome -- 1) edited pictures on a grey background, and 2) edited pictures that doesn't have any background (background-removed). In all, there should be 30 photographs completed. Example set of images is attached. Edit provided pictures as identical as possible in order to minimize the differences in format. The quality of the final images should be high enough to use for research purposes.
