Update OTRS program to new version

I am looking for someone who helps me to migrate my current OTRS (trouble ticket processing software, [login to view URL]) to the newest version. I have a rather old version and I have some customizations. I have installed the old version alone, so it's not that difficult. But I want to be sure NOT to loose any database entry or mails and don't want to make any errors. Would be great if you know this system. It would take not more than 1 hour, probably less. Back-up of MySQL database, installing the new software, migrate it, check for customizations, together with me.
