We are designing a waterproof battery-powered camera for use on sailing boats. The units will be powered by LifePo4 9.6v (3s) batteries of 0.6Ah - 3.5Ah capacity. The system load is approx 250mA at 9.6V. We need to develop a PCB incorporating: - an inductive charge system transferring at least 1.5 to 2A at at least 15V (using something like XKT-3170), - a LifePO4 3s charge system (using something like CN3765) - an optional cell balance system (using something like ETA3000) - a battery protection system (using something like S-8254A with 2A current limit) - a magnetic reed switch for the load (operated by magnet outside the housing) similar to RS Components 909-2667 The PCB and receiver coil need to be sized within a 75mm diameter circle (can be rectangular within this overall size). The deliverable would be Gerber or similar files of PCB layouts, with suitably sized copper and thermal reliefs, plus a list of components and values.
