Costumize odoo POS for bus and taxi terminal ticketing

Requirements: Prepaid Taxi and Bus Booking Our company is a Bus & Taxi Terminal (Garaje) Booking Company. We need to define different routes in the system as product which we can sell at our POS booths using Odoo POS as POS Products. Product as Route: Fields to be custom made: · Route Name, · Destination Location, · Vehicle Type, · Fare Charges, · Boarding Point So we shall be able to define Route and its Price. We shall be able to Book this Route for a Passenger (Name info dosent need). · As we will confirm the sale · An interface to enter 1. Driver’s Information (Please see only available drivers shall be seen in the dropdown here), 2. Taxi Number (as soon as driver is selected this shall automatically be populated) 3. Boarding Point (This is present in the Product), 4. Boarding Time ect. · On completion of the above Process. · Generate 1 Ticket and 1 Tag for passenger. · Generate 1 Ticket for Driver (This ticket will be a little Different than the one for the passenger, will have information of all the passengers of the ride). · Both these tickets shall have Barcodes (Specially generated for this Sale) in them. Workflow of system · Let’s say the route is from Location A to B. · The driver will show the ticket at Location A Auditor and will be then allowed to take the taxi or the bus from the Garrage at location A. · Now the driver will go to the boarding Post, collect the passengers. · Within the locations A and B there will be checkposts, more than one and here the CheckPost Monitor will ask for the tag from the Passenger and after checking will return it to Passengers. · At Destination Point the Driver will collect the ticket from the Passengers, will submit his ticket and passenger’s tickets to the Auditor at Destination Location B. · The Auditor at location B will here cut their fees for the route 5% from the Total amount and will give the rest of the fair to the driver. · The auditor at location B will complete this Order (Tickets with these Barcodes) and these tickets will no longer be valid for further rides. Reports for · Total Collection · Total Overheads · How Many Bookings · Driver Performance Basic Accounting Related to serve our operations Estimated Time: Now Total Seems 15 days work. 1) 1 day to customize product to fit to your model, 2) 1 days for customize POS screen and develop objects for driver and taxi + availability of taxi and drivers, 3) 1 day for 2 different tickets print design implementation, 4) 1 days for Remaining Reports. 5) 1 day for barcode related requirements + 5% deduction + related work 6) 1 Days for remaining accounting related requirements.
