Reports/ Dashboard Developer

<ul><li>Define queries and create reports, metric dashboards, and data visualization using different tools ( i.e Microsoft Excel Reporting, HTML, Visual Basic, BI Tools)</li><li>Build strong relationships with Project Managers and Business units to understand their reporting requirements and rapidly prototype solutions.</li><li>Build frontend app ( IOS Frontend & Web frontend) for our Digital Employee/ Virtual Assistant</li><li> </li></ul><strong>Essential Required Knowledge and Experience</strong><ul><li>Min 5 years’ experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports & dashboards</li><li>Excellent knowledge of leveraging reporting and dashboard tools (Microsoft Excel Reporting, HTML, Visual Basic etc)</li><li>Query writing tools experience ( SQL, TQL)</li><li>Thorough understanding of data analysis and models</li><li>Expertise in dashboard and scorecard best practices and design principles</li><li>Experience of developing reports and dashboards  using market leading BI tools ( Clickview, Pentaho, Tableau, etc) is highly preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of programming languages ( Java/ Groovy  are preferred) </li><li> </li></ul><strong>Additional Desired Knowledge and Experience</strong>  <ul><li>Previous experience in working with data integration, dash boarding, databases, ETL and data warehousing</li><li>Experience in big data processing techniques</li><li>Previous experience in NLU, NLI or machine learning.</li><li>Experience in distributed computing, information retrieval, data mining and/or machine learning.</li></ul><strong>Language skills</strong><ul><li>Excellent English, both written and spoken.</li></ul><strong>Personal Skills and Abilities</strong><ul><li>Strong analytic and problem-solving skills </li><li>An ability to dive into complex problems with a can-do attitude.</li><li>A self-starter with ability to think out of the box and work collaboratively in a distributed development team.</li><li>Enthusiastic about Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.</li></ul>
