Mobile Websites Generator

Hello, * This project is big and complex, If you don't have the experience please do not bid. I need someone to developed a website that will give the users the ability to create their own mobile web site for smart phones, just like [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] * The project will be created in ASP.NET C# and the database is MS SQL * The project includes ALL graphic designs (include all web pages, icons, logos, ect..) * The website will be in Hebrew language, (RTL direction), I will provide all texts. The web site: * will be in Hebrew language * will display the system benefits * will display show cases mobile websites * will have login box for clients * Will have all of those pages -> take a tour, show case, sign up, pricing, features, support User (clients) experience: * Users can register in the website and create an account, in their account they can create a new mobile web site with the ability to select one from templates or create a new one. * The website will consist of home page, content pages, picture gallery, and contact form. The users can select if to add or remove pages. * The users can customize the mobile websites, change background, fonts & colors (using WYSIWYG), add or remove buttons, add images, flash of video files (from youtube), optimize the sites for search engine (edit title and meta tags) * The mobile websites will be in 2 languages, Hebrew (main) and English * Every mobile website will have a its own short URL * All mobile websites that the system generate will be in HTML5 and will be optimize for smart phone (iphone, android, ect..) * All mobile websites will have their own statistics (visitors count, page count) Back office: * Administrator can edit the system website contents. * Administrator can view all clients (by search or by list), edit client's details, activate or deactivate clients (and their websites), create and edit client's websites Take a look at the websites like [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , I want something similar.
