Currently, Ultimate Member's - Member Directory does not accept ranged values from search. Right now, I need a Member Directory page that can evaluate the passing of varMin and varMax for five (5) separate fields, and a non-ranged, standard variable from about 20 others. Since the Member Directory page is a shortcode, I think the easiest way would be to add the ranged fields form above the standard directory filters, and have them tied to the standard fields already in the member directory. I shall develop an addon for ultimatemember which will let you mark the fields in the admin you want range searchable. You will be able to specify a range for these marked fields in the search form. If development of addon is not possible, as it is dependent on the existence of appropriate hooks (extension points) in ulitmatemember, I shall update the ultimatemember with the new functionality.
