Custom Quote application in Filemaker 12

I have a customer that needs a small custom Quote application to run on his Macbook laptop to provide remodeling quotes FAST. We looked at several options but we think the FileMaker 12 will be the best long term solution. Ideal is to mimick this LONG excel spreadsheet you see attached. But we need to break it down into sections. The PROBLEM: It takes him several hours to make a quote using excel. We need to speed that process up by allowing the application to: - Simple interface (I can design one or modify an existing template) - Be simple "tab" between fields - Go ROOM to ROOM and add any/all options for remodeling that room. - At end, the data is saved in the local DB and the last page is a "finalization" quote with the items he selected in the prior pages to "Add Up" and total w or without tax on last line. - We like Filemaker because it can serve as a contact manager among many other things for the client. This is a large spreadsheet, I realize that. I need somone to get it set up and going, and I can add the balance of the pages and item if it is simple enough to do quickly. I am not looking for super designed format, but more of a way to quickly give a quote. I am a designer and can provide direction on design. I will learn the necessary elements to program and or modify fields/data as needed, but you must do the heavy lifting. I do know html if necessary I can develop a template. Payment in multiple milestones OK. I expect this to take less than a week.
