I need a skilled Xamarin Developer to create an Android project (preferably Xamarin Forms) which has a service running in the background that monitors the users location using location services and never shuts down. It must work for Oreo as well. Background: I am a developer who has been tasked to create an app that does a number of things. This is one of them but I can't seem to get it to not be shut down when the app is put into the background and some time goes by. I will then integrate this code with what I already have
