Create a xamarin form project with a button with the option to open the camera. the camera need to open and overlay a photo like the attachment. we will provide a photo, in the meantime you could put a example. when the camera open the app will open with the image overlay and the user will see the overlay image until they take the photo. after the photo is taked the app need to save the photo in the camera roll.
