Write a mobile application and backend website -- 2

Ok so I need a broadcasting platform for djs to sign up to and broadcast there own channel via a webpage to a android and apple application. The Djs will be able to go to a web URL page control panel and they will be able to initiate their broadcast and have a message box to receive messages from the users online listing to them. On the Application its self there will be a list of DJs that are currently Streaming channels, Featured channells aswell as a list of channels that are currently not streaming. These will be set up as individual areas channels. On each Djs channel they will have the Facility to host a mix file up to 60mins long mp3 this will be in a player and that player can be shared on other social network sites via a link like you tube gives you or [login to view URL] If Djs want to be a featured (Premium) member I would like the facility to charge them a subscription so a paypal interaction would be good setting up a reacuring payment system . In the Featured Channel setup they could have unlimited mix uploads similar to soundcloud .com>> recorded facility like pod casts and get there channels boosted on the apps more than standard channels would. The app needs to be yellow and black my old site used to be called [login to view URL] if click that it will take you to the original youtube page.� People that downlooad the app must have a way of searching for the different channels through a search platform of some sort ie genre of music or dj name ect. This need to be simple and easy to use for both djs and and viewers and have goood quality sound. The listeners must be able to send a direct messeage to each diffrent channel� The app needs to be full of share facilltys so it can intergrate with facebook and twitter and other social media platforms . Very similar to the website and app -- radio tunes but with users that have their own channel
