Update APP design in Xcode storyboard and Android App

DESIGN IN-APP We require a mobile app designer to help bring our apps to the NEXT LEVEL. The apps have recently been redeveloped, but they need a professional designer's touch to help encourage user engagement and cross product marketing. What we require: - Finished designs must be created right in iPhone and Android apps' story board, so our developer can complete the necessary programming for the design changes. (Bonus if you can program too!) - CUSTOM POP-UPs - that will cross market our two products, long-distance calling and mobile top-up) For example, user finishes a call to Mexico, in-app pop-up appears letting them know about a special bonus to top-up phones in mexico, with a button that says pop-up now etc... - MOBILE TOP-UP - This section of the app requires a complete redesign. The current design is user friendly, however, it was designed by a programmer, so it is not ecstatically pleasing - MAIN MENU - Improve this design. Perhaps add some animation to the icons when pressed and/or the menu is opened DESIGN CONTINUITY - The app needs several pages to be redesigned to ensure the app 'flows' together. Currently, some designs do not look like they fit the rest of the app. For instance, top-up and the add funds page. REFERRAL PAGE - A referral processes needs to be designed. This process shall include a main referral page and corresponding icon, accessed from the main menu, with the ability to refer via sms, email, twitter and facebook. PLACING CALL PAGES - When a call is placed, it take a few seconds for the app to connect to our database, during this time we will show the weather and time in the destination city by way of full-screen animated displays. E.g. when calling Los Angeles, the app will pull weather data from [login to view URL] then display the current weather on the screen.
