Tizen - Trello implementation - Galaxy Watch 2018

I would like a programmer to create a trello implementation for Tizen OS for smartwatches by Samsung. As a result, I would like: 1. A published, working, functionable app in the Galaxy app, compatible with Galaxy Watch 2018 watches (other compatibilities to the liking of the developer). 1a. A copy or lifelong license for such app for Tizen. 2. The copyleft duplicate of the final code of the application, so that I could reuse it or pass it on to another developer in case the original developer is not willing to support it. I offer: 1. The price agreed in Tizen. 2. The developer can publish himself the application and monetize it at will, but as per agreed in section 1a and 2 above, I will receive the code with right to copy and reuse it giving credit to original developer and a license of that app.
