React Native App Using Computer Vision

Trying to get bridges working to use Native OpenCV3 within React Native. The JavaScript version of OpenCV ([login to view URL]), has been shown to be less performant than the native versions. For this reason we are going to supply a native version of OpenCV for iOS and Android - React Native supplies a 'bridge' function for using Native code and making it available to use. The only downside to this is that the files are very large, coming in at around 300MB - we might be able to find a way to compress this down further and remove code we do not need. We may follow this tutorial for Guidance, though they are not using Expo to create their app: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] After researching further, we cannot use ReactJS (Web version of react), because App Stores will not allow Android/iOS apps that are just wrappers around a web app. This means we have to use React Native, and whilst this uses Javascript as its language, it does not have what we call a HTML `<canvas>` element, which is what all the JS libraries pick up on for computer vision on the web. We have to use React Natives 'Camera' constructor, and find a way for a library to interface with that instead. Integrating the heavy OpenCV libraries seems like the only way to do this natively. We need a React Native expert to help us do this (That perhaps has a bit of Java/C++ knowledge) We are building a mobile App to use our Computer Vision API and need a keen and competent React Native expert to help us get our computer vision work to the outside world.
