RANDOM VIDEOCALL ANDROID APP DEVELOPMENT

I need a random videocalling app created and it is fairly a very simple app so it shouldn't require more than $100. It will not require any intriquite functions so the work that should be put into it is very minimal. For reference, check out the app, camster on Google Play Store to get the idea of what the app should look like. I want the exact same thing with payment gateway for choosing gender just like the app. Obvious designwise shouldn't resemble Camster but something more unique to avoid copyright problems. I will create and provide the logo and any design materials needed and the rest of the development is in your hands.
