Everything seems pretty straightforward. I tried out the existing app, and I can definitely see the need for some UI improvements. The watermarking should be easy enough to do with a CALayer composited on top of the video layer. I haven't worked with HelpStack before, but I just downloaded it to check it out, and it looks very simple to integrate. Here's a tentative milestone breakdown, using the steps laid out in the requirements doc.
