iPhone/iPad App

My budget is 90 USD. Cannot go more. You must show daily progress via youtube video. Need completely available daily for long time. You must upload YT video to show any changes or your work pogress when asked. You must give me a testing environment or way to test app finally whenits done. App will have a "open song" button to open a song from device/phone. When this button is touched/used then it should start video recording of user automatically (like a web cam) and app user starts singing matching that song. A  "sound down" slider button will be used to control volume and user can low down original song so that user's voice can be heard more clearly. Another "stop video" button will be there to stop video anytime. After the video is created it should be sharable to social media sites. A "story" page will be there where all created videos will be showcased. maximum 20 videos here. if 21st comes then oldest video get deleted. only 20 videos will be shoen here. All can see story page. We can use firebase gor hosting or I have hostgator server for putting videos. User sign up and account page. Admin section to remove user and video. Admin should be able to put ads. Need logo and nice but simple design for app. App in 2 languages. English and French. I need this app for iOS. Time is 4 days maximum to finish it. Home page and logo design need to complete within a day. Video creation need to complete within 2 days. all other need to do within total 4 days. My budget is 90 USD. Cannot go more. Payment will only be released once you complete the task including app uploading to apple app store.
