We have an HRMS and Payroll application which is MVC, ASP.net application based on SQL Server database. We would like to develop a mobile application, using Xamarin which can provide basic mobile interface to our mobile application. We should be able to create both iOS and Android applications. The mobile application would be used by 2 profiles : Employee and Approver Employees can do basic things like Check Leave Balance/Apply for Leave/Check Leave Approval Status/ Apply to Edit Attendance/ Check Approval Status/Check Company Holiday Calendar/ Check Past Payroll History/ Download Payslip. Approver can approve/reject/cancel the requests. Integration with the backend would be through Web APIs, which we would develop/are already present. The developer is expected to develop attractive and functional application. Deployment of the applications either through stores would be responsibility of the developer. The code must be using C#, must be well documented and code walk through to internal team is required as part of project handover. If this works well, we have other projects also.
