I am seeking a WordPress developer to make a few customizations to a wordpress theme I purchased for a video sharing website. Users should be able to upload or submit recorded videos to the site from their mobile phones (i.e. android, ios etc) and computers 2. Videos conversion from all various video formats 3. Uploading video speed and streaming should be optimized so it can be viewed on mobile devices, in low bandwidth areas like Africa with low rate Internet infrastructures between 30kbps – 300kbps. Users should be able to use existing devices – Android smart phones and existing cell phone networks to view the video content. The technology is required to work on 3G and EDGE (low bandwidth) 4. Advertisement integration for videos to generate revenue 5 Automatic thumbnails should be generated from uploaded videos from users 6.
