Basic Flutter app with tutorial

Hi, I'd like to build a simple flutter app with a tutorial, teaching how to do the app. I'd like to use this for teaching beginner students. I need it well documented, if you can teach it with a video youtube, I'd prefer, but that video and documentation needs to remain private and not to be published anywhere, I shall own the copyright to the video and I'm not planning to post it publicly anywhere
