Budget 20$,this should not take more than 1-2 hr for expertise. You should have arduino and BLE,I can provide apk . 1)Array will be received from Android to Arduino,currently do not know why array is not receiving proper format. 2)Once array is fixed properly,it should go into if else condition according to element values which will be 0 n 1. 2)Need to send array data to Android from Arduino after processing if else condition.
