Android streaming audio app

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. It will stream a URL that is encoded with audio and metadata for a radio station that i just launched. here is the url for which the stream and metedata comes from: [login to view URL] Its the ONLY stream link available. I hired a coder that didnt know how to do the project, but he didnt tell me this until AFTER he accepted, so please be confident that you can complete this. The app will perform the following: Play (start the stream) Pause (Pause the stream) Display the song title and artist Display bar indicating songs elapsed time Display the total time of song playing and the remaining time as in the iphone app Display our Station name in place of the album, station logo and slogan (from a text file on our server) Show menu options (feedback, link to website, request a song (link to website), about) Should stream to android auto, and other bluetooth and external devices. Be listed hihg in the rankings on google AND be able to be search based on these keywords and come up to the top of the search (jammin92, jammin 92, cleveland, cleveland radio, cleveland streaming music, pop radio station, cleveland pop music, or other various pop music artists) Must be compatible with both new AND older versions of android platform.
