Write an iPad application

The project is simple. We would like to make our process faster and easier by using our new iPad on the store (wifi access available). Mainly we design jewelry (names or letters) using a PowePoint document and inserting the TEXT ("name" or "letters") and then PREVIEWING this text with different FONTs and SIZEs (predefined list below), and SAVING it in a PDF form on a scale 1:1. This PDF (lets call it Preview Catalog) is sent to our client via eMail or shown directly on the iPad. After the client accept one final FONT and SIZE for this TEXT, we have to place a Production Order (PDF file A4 or letter size page). This other process could be done manually in another section of the APP. The tricky part (and most time-consuming process) is that when we place a production order to our artisan we need to insert all our selected designs (any # of NAMES/LETTERS with the selected SIZE and FONT) into one PDF (1 or more pages, the less pages the better *without changing the SIZE and FONT of the TEXT) so after we send this PDF he (our artisan) could then print it, cut it, and create the jewelry by hand on the printed scale. So in other words.... This iPad/Web App has to be able to: FOR EACH TEXT: * Capture the text (each jewelry is different) * Select MATERIAL (pre-defined List by us) * Select final COLOR (pre-defined List by us) * Show Preview on iPad on a scale 1:1 for all the FONTs and SIZEs listed below for each TEXT. * SAVE PDF (Preview Catalog) and share it via eMail * Client or US - Accept or Reject one of the options (final FONT, SIZE, MATERIAL and COLOR for each TEXT) * Optional: Print and/or SAVE this single TEXT or Image Preview using a PDF file (with margins of 05 mm around or enclosing the image/text on a scale 1:1) Lets call this PDF - Final Text FOR EACH PRODUCTION ORDER: * You should be able to look and select from the previously saved TEXTs/Images to insert them into the Production Order.(only the Final Text ones, not the Catalogs) * The TEXT or IMAGE with its final font and size (1:1) is placed automatically on a A4/Letter size page one next to another (doesn't matter the orientation , total margin between images 10mm - 5+5) * Every time any new Final Text is selected, it should do basically the same: If selected... Place it on the same PDF (Production Order) next to other images/texts, fitting automatically and saving the most space of that Production Order (A4 or Letter size page) * After you finish inserting (accepting) texts or images on the Production Order (PDF A4-Letter size page) then you should be able to PREVIEW, SAVE the PDF (Production Order) and SHARE it via eMail.
