Calling the Emergency Services

Over the past 6 years I have worked with over 130 Search & Rescue, in 20 countries, researching a book I have been writing which is now being published by Harper Collins this year. As part of this research I interfaced with various government agencies and had privileged access to information, not generally available to the public, about mobile telephony and access to the Emergency Services (112/999/911/000). I have written a detailed flow chart for an app that could help save literally thousands of lives; it is ground-breaking. In developing this app I liaised extensively with Fire, Ambulance and Police departments and the Public Telecommunications Operators Assistance Centres. Some of the media have heard about this work and are keen to feature it, including TV programs that have millions of viewers. I am searching for a partner to write the software. It will be a 50/50 development and I will share the media publicity with them. I wish to make this app free to everyone.
