Scrima - Create mobile website and app for mobile users

[login to view URL] is an emerging grocery deals search engine currently serving in Arizona state. We are looking to offer this service for our mobile users via mobile browsers and apps. As part of the phase1 of this efort, we would like to develop the mobile webpage UI/mobile app so that we could support our services via mobile browsers as well as mobile apps. As part of this initiation, we are seeking proposals for phase1 development. We would like you to develop using Sencha/Appcelator framework for developing the webpage UI and to convert to app. See the attached mockup screen snapshots which needs to be developed into webpage/app as part of this phase. The webpage should be compatible with all major mobile browsers for the current version and for 2 previous versions and apps should be working on Andriod and iOS platform. We also would like you to develop with appropriate design so that changing the look and feel, adding new functionalities should be easier. Also reusable codes are desired. All the images required for the webpage development will be provided by us. Also, we will be providing the access to our backend services to integrate the UI for getting the data(in json format) to render the pages. The end product should be bug free and completely working with integration to backend services. The mockup pages are self explanatory and webpage UI/app should have standard mobile page slide effect.
