We have an existing Web page (see [login to view URL]). I am looking for a HTML + CSS expert who can convert this web page to a responsive web page that can work on a mobile. I would like to have this work completed by 21/03/2014. Please respond urgently giving examples of responsive web sites that you have developed previously. This is one of many projects we have and if you can complete this, we will give you a lot more work. You need to demonstrate your experience in developing responsive / mobile web pages. Thank you.
