Write an IOS/Android Game

Freelancers will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement in addition to an intellectual property agreement. I want to create a RPG style game, where the user is either playing first person or third person point of view. We are going for a retro feel, but still sophisticated. The details of the project will be discussed when you understand what I am looking for and if you have any experience in creating such games. If you do have any games that are closely related to the project, please provide a link to your best 1 or 2 games as I am not interested in trolling through your whole portfolio and you will be ignored. Please take a look at the following links to get a feel for what the company wants to achieve. Please consider that the end product will be different, but the concept of the following links is essentially what I am looking to achieve. If provided with links of your work, please add how much it would cost to produce that app for development. Thank you! The Programmer/Developer must have: 1. in-depth knowledge in game programming and development 3. in-depth knowledge in design, with capabilities to also be a designer 4. in-depth knowledge in app development *A degree in Computer Science is preferred, but not mandatory. Requirements for you to work on this project: 1. You speak and understand English very well. 2. You are professional, reasonable and respectful. 3. You get paid after the work is completed and not before. (Some of you don't seem to realize that is how this site works.) 4. You provide examples of your work with the reference to prove it's yours. 5. You provide a small demo if requested to prove your skills, work speed and seriousness toward the project. Your bid on this project will cover everything from beginning to end of this game until uploaded successfully into app store after my approval. That means things such as graphics, animations, sounds, development and any other details pertaining to this game. I will specifically need to know the cost of the design, Android App, & iOS app. As an employer I pay on time and reward with extra money when the job is done correct and on time, with that said when a job doesn't meet expectation or isn't completed within the time-frame we discuss I will withhold pay. Milestones will be paid in increments that the job is completed in. No money will be released until the total job is complete. I am an honest employer looking for an honest freelancer.
