Standalone desktop MS Access 2010 database for the following workflows: - Create a Customer. - Create a Project Estimate (may be more than one) with a number of hours, rate and markup; assume that the work will be subcontracted out, but may be performed by myself. Estimate may also include hardware or other products. - Customer will issue me a PO against the Estimate; which will convert it to a Job. PO must be entered against the estimate for reporting and generating a balance. Invoicing may be monthly against timesheet hours or progress billing (eg 50%, 25%, 25%). - Vendor/Subcontractor does a months work against the Job. He submits a signed timesheet and invoice to me. I need to import these hours (to be subtracted from the Job/Estimate for tracking) and receive his invoice against an expense account. I will need to import multiple time entries against multiple jobs in one go (from a csv file). If I do the work I will need to import hours for time tracking but it will be a zero expense account. - Assuming that customer invoicing will be monthly, against the hours imported previously I need to generate a customer invoice based on the hours and rate plus markup. - I need to receive the customer payment against the invoice/estimate (30 to 60 days) into Accounts Receivable. - I need to pay the subcontractor against their invoice (30 days) using a related expense account. I am looking to get a shortlist of 5 applicants who I will share a detailed mindmap of the complete workflows to get a final bid from each applicant and then assign the project, which will be at the end of January 2016 at the earliest. I will be posting this project elsewhere so the award may not be made on this site. The best way to get consideration as an applicant would be to provide examples of previous standalone desktop or mobile database development for similar billing databases.
