We need to realize a small (rather simple) MS Access DB solution. Actually we use an Excel spread sheet in which we fill in several (periodical) data, record per record. The excel sheet shows this data line by line as well as an extraction a summary of several total. We could like to realize this in a simple Access DB solution which the following features:
- Dynamic data entry form:
With entry fields on the left side as well as a main window with list record per record scrollable and selectable functionality.
Content in main window must be displayed real time. Means: when a field within a record gets altered then in the main window the change must be visible immediately.
As well we need functionality like skip to BOF, EOF, REC+, REC-, PRINT button, EXIT button
- Fundamental data entry form:
Here different fundamental data like 'responsible employee name', city and ZIP code list shall be entered here as data to be selected in a respective field in the dynamic data entry form.

- Report form with data summary fields which are connected real time to DB content
- Print functionality with selectable criterias (ranges, etc)
Summarizing we need a simple solution with two forms (dynamic data and fundamental data), possibility to enter data in the dynamic data form, partially free data, partially data which is selectable via pulldown selector from the fundamental data. and all content shall be displayed record by record in a main window - as our example shows.
The whole solution should be useable in a network environment (Access 2010 and newer) by different users.
