Need help processing and filtering digital signal using Matlab

I need signal processing using Matlab of an acceleration taken a triaxial accelerometer, the excel file include the data of the signal for each axis. First I need filtering the raw signal data, and take the noise out of it, this is crucial in order to proceed. Later I need to do a FFT transformation of the raw data in order to plot amplitude - frequency. Then do a double integral of the acceleration to obtain displacement and finally do a FFT of the displacement. I've already made a code in Matlab but there's no filter and the results I'm getting are not the desired. My code is certainly wrong in some lines and needs correction, as I'm having a high amplitude response at 0Hz and that doesn't seem correct nor logical. In the attached files there's a Labview screenshot that shows the acceleration plot and also the plot of the FFT of this acceleration. I'm using this image to compare the plot generated in matlbar of the FFT of the acceleration, this two need to match. The other image shows the peak at 0Hz generated in Matlab which needs to be corrected
