Looking for freelancer who can prototype a small working version of marked moving object pickup Robot Arm [This could be considered as Toy Robot, which we can buy on-line for around $ 40-60]. In real world the Arm should be capable to pick up 5-10 kg weight object by its handle, handles are marked with X sign or say specific color. Handles are always positioned to be picked up by Robot Arm, but they are moving linearly very slowly, just need to identify them by X mark or color. It should reject or ignore other handle objects and carry that object to up to 10-12 ft distance and drop there gently. The Robot Arms will be hanging on the circular Rail Track on the roof, which is either stationary or moving and based on that the Arm should move on track. The Arm should be programmed to repeat the task automatically. One switched on, its function is continuously look for moving marked objects, pick them at one end and drop at the other end and come back on the circular track, on which he travels. Track is shown in attached pic. Robot is mounted on outer side of the grooved track and travels in one direction as shown by arrows. About speed, it should be configurable from 0.001 m/s to 1 m/s. We don't need GUI for now. But the ability to modify the configurations every now and then by re-uploading the program to the Robot.
Submit quote for Smallest Toy Version Prototype or if you still need more info, let me know. I'm open about the Technology/Software you use but would be good, if you can use Arduino or Raspberry Pi, C, Python etc.
Hello, i am a mechanical engineer with over 10 years Solidworks and special design experience. I can design and prototype your product. I can create it with my 3d printer and add a control system with arduino or pic microcontroller. I am looking forward to work with you.
Best Regards

Hello,
Can you provide a example of the handle the robot should handle?
I have a chinese arm from ebay, it is not very precise but it all depends on the precision the handle requires and how do you want to detect it. Is the conveiour belt constantly moving? (or does the "arm" has any control over the belt?)
Hi,
This is Dhaval, Firmware Programmer for RoboticARM.
I am interested in help you in programming for picking up things using Robots.
Feel free to contact me if interested.

Hi,
I have read and understood the project guideline, so you can trust my sincere indulgence both in quality and time frame. I have done similar projects in the past. I will like to use my experience to serve you better. If you will give me a chance, I will ensure that you're satisfied. I'm sure we can work together. Please reply, let’s discuss further. A trial will convince you. Thanks
Sir, I am an Engineering student, from the department of Electronics and Communications Engineering. I am always very enthusiastic about robots and well experienced with robotics. I have already done 3 types of robots of which one of them matches your project, the hover arm one. We basically are a group of students, 2 from Electronics, 2 from Computer Science and 2 from Mechanical, we already went upto the robotics competitons. We basically program the robot with Arduino. I am pretty sure that we will the best team you are looking for your project. You definitely be very delightful for choosing us. Hoping for the pretty confidently and will be thankful if we get a positive reply. Thank you sir.
I think it's a great idea, when I were a student the end of year project was a robot arm with the capability to go up and down and left or right in a rail, I think I'm the correct person to do this work and I think it can be make in the time provided by you
Hi I'm Mechatronic Engineer and I want to finish this work and after I would like be a partnership with you, to help you in future projects. I need to practice my english but I don´t have problems to understand you
