Where do you get this file from? Can you export less/more columns? I mean, how do you plan to convert it to csv in future?

in this csv file i will create the csv file as per your given xls file and upload the products as per that and i also create missing attribute as per xls files and upload in site and also give you sample csv file it will be easy for you to upload the products next time.
