1) client: shell script to auto-upload a file on to the secure FTP site. Features for this will be provided once contacted. 2) server: install and configure a secure FTP server using vsftpd for file sharing for the members of a company x. This FTP site should only allow members to upload and download their files in an appropriate directory. Features for this will be given once contacted. 3) text file that explains features (how they were achieved) and (finally) how to run the scripts. more details can be given out once contacted.

I can do it for you. Actually i am working in DB Enginnering team and our main responsibility is to automate DBA daily tasks, so i have quite a lot of experience with LINUX/UNIX automation tasks.
