Need Webmin Expert to Downgrade PHP Version(Teamview)

It will need ssh root access, not sure that webmin will have root access, i suppose it will have access only under user under which http server is running. Also while upgrade it required to restart http server and webmin shell access will not do this correctly, because it will loose shell connection. So only ssh root access can be used here.
