Looking for Bash Script to Automatically Bind Additional IPs to Linux Server

Looking to hire a Linux and Bash Script Coding Expert to automatically detect OS, and bind the USABLE IPs of additional IP range(s) (which will be given in CIDR format). The script should work with: CentOS 6, CentOS 7, CentOS 8, Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 20.04, Debian 9, and Debian 10. Also, it should support a list of IPv4 CIDR blocks, for example we frequently have to bind 16x IPv4 allocations to a server. The script should give us a way to paste the IPv4 blocks we want binded to the server. For example, in CentOS it will need to automatically generate /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-***-range0, range1, range2 and so on files. (*** being the interface name, which it will need to auto detect as well) As an example of how usable IPs work in CIDR blocks: 8.17.115.0/29 = 8.17.115.2 to 8.17.115.6 8.17.118.0/26 = 8.17.118.2 to 8.17.118.62 The script will need to automatically detect the subnet/netmask and gateway to use as well, for example with a /29 its [login to view URL] and in the example of 8.17.115.0/29, the gateway is 8.17.115.1. In your proposal, please mention how many USABLE IPs are in a /25 and a /24 IPv4 allocation, and talk about your bash scripting experience.
