IRCU + GNUWorld Installation in Server Required (CentOS 6)

I would need a FREELANCER to install the following software ** IRCU (Undernet) **GNUWorld ( and the required to make it run for ex PostGreSQL ) I would need someone with the knowledge of a system admin and installation of such services. IRC Knowledge preferred. Good Communication in English Required to have Skype Shouldnt take more then 2-3 hours max to complete. An SSH Access will be given to work on. Please do not cut and paste long stories in my PM as how great and wonderful you are and how well your company is and give me links to read this and that. Honestly i will just simply ignore if i see copy and pasted message. Dont waste your number of bids if you're not serious. Ill just report you as abuse. I'd need someone whose serious in doing my job. This is a simple job and should not require more then 2-3 hours. Please quote me REASONABLY as i can do this project myself , just that im abit rusty after all this years. IRCU installation and setting up is super easy. The GNUWorld comes with a Web Interface which needs to be running. If your budget is reasonable , you have skype and will not take more then 2-3 hours to complete , i will award you the project , create the milestone and release the payment once you're done.
