Hi there, As i am not a coder I can propose only ready-for-use solution, which already has Android app. HTTP would only allow TCP traffic. You cannot tunnel UDP traffic through HTTP. However, I don't see any problem with using SSL VPN without split-tunneling. The trasnfered information is secured inside the SSL tunnel. I would like you to explain more about the traffic filtering that occurs. Contact me if interested, even only for information.
