Create shell script for doing install routine on ubuntu server

I need a shell script as a server configuration routine. With this directories are created and configuration files are written. Install / update of applications like docker, docker-compose and meteorJS. So for these it should be checked if there is an installation existing and if there is a newer version existing, which should be shown as a prompt to let the user decide which version should be used. All commands and configs are given, I only need the script which connects everything and executes all the commands. 1. Get IP of current server (to define server name, which is needed later) 2. Do apt update and upgrade 3. Check if UFW is existing, then set the rules and disable logging 4. Create directories if not existing and set permissions 5. Create configuration files (depending on server name) for nginx and gitlab and for each application module (variable needed) 6. Check for existing docker and docker compose installation (prompt for version to install / update with default value of latest version) 7. Install SSL certificates by docker run of certbot 8. Check for meteorJS installation; install if not existing 9. Set [login to view URL] (with version variables) 10. Run docker compose and check if everything is working as expected 11. Install gitlab runner if not existing
