Asterisk Interconnection with Verizon using IPsec

We are running Asterisk PBX, and now we need to inter-connect with Verizion.? SIP works, however Verizion needs to send the SIP in IPsec tunneling and there is where we need help. We need someone to help us set up a VPN and IPsec to verizion for testing. ## Deliverables This is the email we got from Verizon ------------------- In order to interconnect with SIP, we will need to establish an IPSec tunnel for Signaling.? Verizon Business needs your IKE PEER IP address of your firewall (or router), the signaling IP addresses of your VoIP equipment, and the physical location of your equipment.? You will also need to select one of the transform sets below. ? To start the install I’ll need you to provide me the requested information below: ? 1. Firewall IP address: <x.x.x.x> (IP of your firewall/IKE Gateway) ? 2. Firewall vendor: (e.g., Cisco, Juniper?) ? 3. SIP source signaling: <x.x.x.x> (SIP signaling IPs of your platform) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? a. Are your signaling IPs set up in a range or individual IPs? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? b. If in a range, then please provide range and subnet, and the starting IP of the range (e.g., 1.2.3.4/24, /25, etc.) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? c. Also, if in a range, then list the valid IPs (IPs you will be sending traffic from. ? 4. Select one of the 4 transform sets: esp-3des-md5; esp-3des-sha1; esp-aes128-md5; esp-aes128-sha1 ? 5. SIP Equipment vendor: (e.g., Cisco, Acme Packet, Asterisk) ? 6. SIP Equipment location: (e.g., Bogota, Colombia) ? ?
