These must be one way permanent links with a minimum PR of 4+ 1. Links should be search engine friendly. 2. No more than one link on the same IP. 3. Must be manually submitted. 4. No directories, link farms, FFA sites, or search engine banned sites. 5. Must use provided anchor text. 6. Multiple links from the same class C of IP addresses not acceptable. 7. No blacklisted or spam sites. 8. English speaking sites only. 9. No more than 30 outbound links per page. 10. Links only from static pages (no queries, string parameters or session ID's). 11.
