Hello There, I am the only founder of my startup in India. It is running good. It is in a bootstrap situation, with decent number of customers. However, I want to expand its operations in one major city in India. But I cant relocate to that place. Hence I decided to hire someone who can take care of operations as well invest for further growth. But everyone who are interested in this opportunity are asking for a co-founder role. Hence I decided to hire them as a co-founder. I would like make a perfect agreement before hiring and keeping him as a co-founder. Suggest me which is the best way to do so that I am always leading. Prepare an agreement mostly in my favor, since its my plan, seed amount, execution and etc. My budget is anywhere less than 100USD. No sample bids. Thanks and Regards, Rahul
