Architecture and coding guidance to build a laravel app.

Hello there, I'm a junior programmer and I need to build a clon (in functionality) of [login to view URL] (a sourcing and procurement app). I want to generarate the scaffold app using [login to view URL] which is built laravel 6.2, but easily upgradable to 8.x. For spa functionality I prefer simple blade templates and after all app is finished, to use [login to view URL] or/and [login to view URL] libraries, or [login to view URL] instead of vuejs. If your are really quick with vuejs, i have studied it, but still i haven't done anything with this, and i have thought i would be easier start with svelte, but still I depend on your advice because deadline. So what I first need is to abstract modules, models, and relationships from the [login to view URL] app. Later I need to start to add functionality to this. I need guidance in all the process, to get things app finished in a week. Show me you can guide me in the process giving me 10 minutes to show me in a notepad your quick abstraction of the tables and relationships, and some quick crud we can build together in your/my pc with artisan comands. So I can get confidence in you as teacher, and then I can hire you. I'm windows user, and I have instaled all tools needed: git, vscode with laravel plugins, npm, laravel as global, so we can start right away using anydesk or it can be done in your pc also. Please consider I want to use a template for the project, from an opensource template like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or anyother beautiful or advanced opensource template.
