Design a single landing web page with form that will collect name and email before redirecting to our payment system (Square - I will send you link) Please refer to the attached .jpg mock design 1. Design "android figure" (mock design) with smartphone covering mouth but make the edges around the phone glow a neon blue color. 2. Design clean, glossy, eye-catching background for landing page, 3. Incorporate our logo PEARLY WHITES EXPRESS (attached) in your design. 4. Design form that will collect name + email address configured with our MailChimp account then redirect to our checkout page (I will give you web URL that links to our [login to view URL] payment page) *You are not responsible for building our checkout system - just add a link that will redirect buyer after they complete form (opt-in to mailchimp list) *You are not responsible for video.
