Microsoft Outlook and Sharepoint Interaction

We have a sharepoint site called RoomManager. This is a Site Template which allows the booking and reservation of rooms in an company. RoomManager is made up with Lists and the default "Events" List in Sharepoint. If you make a reservation you just make a reservation in the Evenets List under Sharepoint. Now we would like to make Meeting Request from MS Oultook and make a Room Reservation at the same time under the Sharepoint Site. Of course it should be possible to search for a free room. There is alreday a field "location" under MS Outlook by default. So this should be populated with the available rooms from RoomManager for Sharepoint. If you have good Outlook skills and you know sharepoint you are the right man. Just send us how you would programm the solution- Do not send us all your referneces. We are only interested in professionals who know Outlook and Sharepoint.
