Adding dynamic form elements and Model binding

I have a project created in C# ASP.NET MVC, There is one super small form (partial view) in a collapsible panel which needs to be enhanced. Features required: [login to view URL] should be able to add an exact partial view on clicking a button 2. In the same form, the user should be able to input the specified number of x & y coordinates, and later the user should be able to that those many pairs of text boxes for input. 3. Bind the dynamically added forms and text boxes to sub-model 4. For Drop-down lists, the values should come from the database. currently, I've used enums -------------- * Should be an hour's work to someone who knows, the required technologies well * Need someone who adheres to the MVC pattern.
